Professional Background

Dr. Raina Sobarzo is a North Fort Worth native and is excited to help serve the community she grew up in. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Class President. Prior to dental school, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science with a minor in Psychology at Texas A&M University, followed by a Master of Medical Science from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Raina Sobarzo is continually advancing her clinical skills through continuing education, with advanced training in restorative dentistry, clear aligner therapy, sedation dentistry, and other surgical procedures.

Dr. Raina Sobarzo believes in providing her patients with a comfortable and personal dental experience. She prides herself on keeping up to date with the latest techniques to provide excellent dental care to her patients. Dr. Raina loves helping her patients no matter their dental history and meets every patient where they are in their dental journey. She is passionate about educating patients on dental risk factors and what they can do in their personal life to decrease the risk of gum disease, cavities, and tooth loss.

Beyond the practice, Dr. Raina Sobarzo is passionate about service and mentorship. She actively invests in the next generation of dentists by serving on panels, lecturing, and assisting pre-dental and dental students on their dental journey. Dr. Raina Sobarzo has participated in numerous local and international outreach initiatives, including Texas Mission of Mercy, Global Hands of Healing, and Global Dental Brigades, providing care to underserved communities both domestically and abroad. In recognition of this commitment to service, Dr. Raina Sobarzo was honored with the International College of Dentists Humanitarian Award in 2024. Additionally, Dr. Raina serves as a board member on the Fort Worth Dental Society, giving back to the profession and community she proudly serves.

Personal Life

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Raina enjoys spending time with her husband, Gabriel, and staying involved in their local church. In her free time, she loves playing pickleball, reading, relaxing by the pool, taking her Boston terrier Henle on walks, watching Texas Aggie Football, and spending quality time with friends and family.
