- Team Care
As a courtesy to our patients, we will ﬁle your insurance for you if you have a copy of the card in your possession. We must have all pertinent information in order to extend this courtesy. When we call on your insurance and verify benefits it is not a guarantee of payment by the insurance company and may vary according to your individual plan when the actual claim is submitted. Any treatment plan that our office proposes to you is an estimate of what your insurance coverage will be, it is not a guarantee. Patients are ultimately responsible for covering any treatment costs that their insurance doesn’t cover.
Types of Payment Accepted
Our office accepts Cash, Checks and all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express.
We participate with medical financing programs such as CareCredit and LendingClub. CareCredit is a flexible payment program that lets you begin your treatment or procedure immediately — then pay for it over time with monthly payments. CareCredit is ideal for co-payments, deductibles, and treatment not covered by insurance.
